Walking for a Cause: My Experience at the 2024 Walk for Animals

Hello everyone,

I’m Hannah Wright, Miss Pre-Teen California International 2024, and I am thrilled to share my incredible experience at the 2024 Walk for Animals, organized by the San Diego Humane Society (SDHS). This event took place at the beautiful Liberty Station in San Diego, CA, where over 3,000 pets and their dedicated owners came together to support animal adoption and other crucial SDHS initiatives.

Participating in this event was an absolute honor. As an animal lover and advocate, I was excited to form my own team, "Hannah's Heart and Paws," to join this noble cause. Together, we walked a unique 4-mile course, surrounded by the vibrant energy of pet enthusiasts and the heartwarming presence of countless furry friends.

Through my outreach efforts, I’m proud to announce that "Hannah's Heart and Paws" raised an impressive $525 in support of the walk. This achievement would not have been possible without the generosity and kindness of my wonderful supporters. I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you who donated, shared our mission, and encouraged our team along the way. Your contributions have made a significant impact, and for that, I am sincerely thankful.

The funds raised will go a long way in supporting the SDHS's initiatives, including animal adoption programs, medical care, and community outreach. Knowing that our efforts will help provide loving homes and better lives for animals in need fills me with immense joy and gratitude.

I look forward to continuing my support for future events and causes that make a difference in the lives of animals and our community. Together, we can create a world where every pet is cherished and cared for.

Thank you once again to everyone who supported "Hannah's Heart and Paws." Your generosity and compassion have truly made a difference.

With heartfelt thanks,

Hannah Wright Miss Pre-Teen California International 2024
